This policy applies to visitors to our website, prospective clients who contact us through our forms or WhatsApp, active clients we work with, and job applicants. By using our website or services you agree to the practices described here.

- Contact form / consultation requests: name, email, phone, company, service of interest, budget range, and any message you write.
- WhatsApp messages: any message you send via the "Send via WhatsApp" buttons on our site is delivered to our WhatsApp Business number along with the form data you entered.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, location, years of experience, portfolio / LinkedIn URL, and your written message.
- Client onboarding: when you become a client, additional commercial information needed to deliver services (billing contact, website access credentials with your permission, brand assets you choose to share).
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referrer, approximate location based on IP, device and browser type.
- Cookies and local storage: small files used to remember your preferences and operate basic site features (see Section 6).
2.3 Information we do not collect

- Analytics data: 26 months, anonymised.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
