Does P&P offer remote work?

Yes. Two of our four current openings are fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in India. Remote roles have flexible hours, async-friendly workflows and the same growth opportunities as office-based roles.

What is the hiring process at P&P?

Step 1: We review your application within 5 business days. Step 2: Shortlisted candidates do a 30-minute introductory call. Step 3: A skills assessment or trial task relevant to the role. Step 4: Final interview with a founder. Most processes complete within 2 to 3 weeks.

What experience level does P&P hire?

Current openings ask for 1 to 4 years of experience in the relevant discipline. We also occasionally hire entry-level candidates with strong writing or analytical skills into a structured mentorship program led by senior specialists.

What is it like to work at P&P?

Senior-led, no-politics, real ownership. You work directly with founders, on real global client work, with mentorship built in. Office hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Remote teammates set their own hours within the same overlap window.
